Outstanding Mohrenkopf. I spent my youth in Goslar from 1969 to 1979. Back then, the Essig bakery had the best Mohrenköpfels, today Baker Wolf has them. Are you allowed to say Mohrenkopf? Or is that an Otello now?

One star too many. Had to wait 30 minutes for 5 half rolls with cheese. When I asked why it was taking so long, the employee replied: my colleague forgot to pass the order on, unheard of. And on top of that, the staff is rude. An elderly lady at the other table would be mocked before our eyes, completely disrespectful.

The bread has subsided, is quickly dry. The rolls are way too dark. Previously my favorite baker - today only in extreme emergency
